Isograd's vision is to be known as a sustainability leader, increasing value for shareholders and other key stakeholders by incorporating health, safety, and environmental factors into our decision-making. We believe that adopting Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) best practices into our day-to-day operations is critical for maximizing efficiency while avoiding mishaps, personal injury, and/or property or environmental damage. It is critical that all Isograd workers and contractors carry out their duties in a manner that protects this goal. HSE Seniors professionals are in charge of assisting Isograd business units and contractors in implementing these HSE Practices.
HSE Compliance
We think that adopting Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Best Practices into our day-to-day operations is critical for maximising efficiency while avoiding mishaps, personal injury, and/or property or environmental damage. Isograd is committed to : • Encouraging the incorporation of HSE practices as an intrinsic component of performing work, according to Isograd. • Assessing employee and contractor proficiency against HSE Practices and make recommendations for improvement. • As government legislation, customer needs, and/or industry best practises change, keep this ISOGRAD HSE Practices up to date.
ISOGRAD is committed to providing a safe work environment and a culture in which:
• Health, Safety, and Environmental expectations and individual responsibilities are effectively communicated; • Pre-job hazards will be assessed and appropriate controls developed and in place for the level of risk mitigation required before work begins; and • Appropriate personnel are trained, competent, and in place to effectively and safely manage all activities associated with our operations. • PPE will be given in accordance with the activity's hazard assessment and the minimum site standards.
